INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

MOREIn 2019, based on the implementation of the EU project “Introduction of EU standards and establishing of an integrated environment protection and occupational safety management system for the purpose of improving the quality and competitiveness of the MI MARIS company” (KK.03.2.1.14.0067), the company completed a demanding process of introduction of an integrated management system according to the standards: ISO 9001:2015 - quality management, ISO 14001:2015a - environment protection management and ISO 45001 - occupational health and safety management. The project of implementing an integrated management system lasted one year, and now, after it has been completed, the responsibility for system maintenance and its constant improvement lies with each employee of MI MARIS who is obligated to respect the Management System Policy.
Steady growth of business activities, employment of new personnel and moving into a new business-production complex have placed before MI MARIS a new challenge of improving business processes and their efficiency and creating a new organizational culture that would enable the company to continue running a stable business.
